šØBREAKING: Border Patrol agents violently pulled a U.S. citizen PASSENGER from a vehicle, slamming him to the groundā¦
Then shouted that he had a gun, even though he didnāt.
In Tucson, Arizona, state troopers pulled over a vehicle. While they were stopped on the side of the road, the state trooper called Border Patrol because the PASSENGER appeared to be Hispanic.
When Border Patrol arrived, the situation immediately escalated to agents smashed both passenger-side windows.
One agent tried to hit the phone out of the driverās hand, who was recording, as they violently ripped the backseat passenger out of the vehicle, and threw him onto the ground, while multiple agents pin him down.
Then, an agent ordered the driver out of the vehicle.
She responded, āI didnāt do anything.ā
The agent replied, āStep out or you are going to get tackled.ā
At that point, at least three agents already had the passenger pinned, with his hands behind his back, when another agent suddenly yelled, āGun!ā
A fourth agent responded, āHe has a gun?ā
The driver immediately yells back, āNO! He has NO gun. WE HAVE NO WEAPONS!ā
The agent, closest to the car, was startled by this, appearing to forget the driver was still inside⦠and filming.
Thatās when he reached into the vehicle, grabbed her phone, threw it from her hand, and attempted to pull her out of the car.
There is a lot going on in this video, so letās break this downā¦
First⦠you donāt get to detain people based on how they look. The Fourth Amendment requires individualized, reasonable suspicion. Not āhe looked Hispanic.ā
Second⦠a passenger, during a traffic stop, is not automatically required to identify themselves, or hand over ID. Law enforcement needs a lawful basis⦠like reasonable suspicion that that specific person committed a crime⦠to demand identification.
Third⦠even when someone is lawfully detained, they are only required to comply with lawful orders tied to THAT detention. A passenger doesnāt lose constitutional protections just because someone else was pulled over, while driving.
Fourth⦠the First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement, in public, while theyāre doing their job. Knocking a phone away, or throwing it because someone is filming, is violating that constitutional right.
And finally, any use of force⦠breaking windows, pulling someone out of a car, and restraining them⦠has to be objectively reasonable under the Fourth Amendment. That requires specific, articulable facts, not assumptions about identity.
This wasnāt a checkpoint.
It wasnāt a border stop.
This was a traffic stop where a PASSENGER became the target because of how he looked.
And if thatās enough to trigger federal agents breaking windows, and violently pulling U.S. citizens out of cars⦠then every single person should be demanding answers, and accountability.
Because this couldāve ended with another U.S. citizen deadā¦
And next time, that U.S. citizen could be you.

Gaza is taking its last breaths, and the situation we have reached is extremely dangerous.
Temperatures are rising to suffocating levels, and the tents where hundreds of thousands live have turned into ovens made of fabric and plastic. There is no electricity, no air conditioning, no fans, no cold water. People try to sleep, but heat, hunger, and fear make sleep seem like an impossible dream.
Clean water is scarce, cleaning supplies are almost nonexistent, and essential medicines are unavailable. Skin diseases are spreading in a terrifying way among children and adults, while garbage piles up and sewage mixes with displacement areas, spreading even more suffering.
Long lines form for food, yet many return empty handed. Aid is decreasing, and most relief centers have stopped or are no longer able to meet even the minimum needs.
At night, rats, insects, snakes, and scorpions crawl into the tents, while during the day people face unbearable heat and endless hunger. There is no safety, no privacy, and nowhere to go. Meanwhile, killings and destruction continue daily, while Gazaās space shrinks day by day, forcing people into smaller and more overcrowded areas.
This is not life. This is not displacement. This is a complete collapse of everything that allows human beings to live with dignity.
What more is the world waiting for? How many children must go hungry? How many patients must die before the world acts? Do not stay silent. Speak about Gaza. Share what is happening.
@donkoclock What privilege is that, her white one!? She is guilty AF and it started when she was AG of Florida. They are all involved in the cover-up, the whole damn circle. #TheEpsteinClass#ComeOnKarma
Trump just loves to take time out form his busy schedule of sleeping to create AI generated memes to take jabs at his political enemies.
Earlier this week he created one with NY Governor Kathy Hochul playing basketball while he promoted his pick for NY Governor Bruce Blakeman.
The reality is Trump can't play in the big leagues with Democrats.
He fails at it miserably.
Not one bone in his body is about equality and fairness.
And to top it off the only thing he can dunk is a donut.
Trump is unhinged as usual.

šØBREAKING: ICE agents were filmed, once again, assaulting U.S. citizens outside the Kane County Courthouse, in St. Charles, Illinois.
In the video, ICE agents are arresting a man while people film the arrest.
A person tries to get information from the man, when an ICE agent suddenly moves toward her and another woman, pushes them back, while pointing an expandable baton at them, in a threatening manner.
One woman tells the agent that she has a right to record⦠which he responds by shoving her.
The agent then threatens the person filming, pointing his baton at them, and yells, ādonāt follow me.ā
As if simply observing law enforcement is a crime⦠especially when thereās a clear physical barrier separating them.
The First Amendment protects the right to record law enforcement in public. People filming, and not physically interfering, are exercising protected speech.
The Fourth Amendment protects against unreasonable seizures and excessive force. Physical pushing and threatening citizens with a baton, when they are not resisting or obstructing, raises serious questions about whether force is being used lawfully, or as intimidation.
Excessive force standards, used by federal law enforcement, requires any force to be objectively reasonable based on an actual threat or interference⦠not simply the presence of people recording, or criticizing them.
So, once againā¦
Filming and observing is not interference.
Standing in public is not a threat.
And this is not about ārespecting authority.ā
Itās about whether constitutional rights still apply when citizens are watching government agents do their jobs.
#BREAKING: Psaki: āā¦I have to start tonight with a story that in any other administration, would be grounds for opening an impeachment inquiry, because today ProPublica reported that the White House intervened to get a $620 million deal for a company tied to President Trumpās adult son @DonaldJTrumpJrā¦the deal in question involved a startup focused on rare earth magnet production called Vulcan Elements and last Summer, Don Jrās venture capital firm took an undisclosed stake in that company, and wouldnāt you knowā¦three months later, the Pentagon announced that it was giving Vulcan Elements a $620 million loan.āšš¤¦āāļø

This is Nate Paul.
He was under FBI investigation for fraud. His real estate empire was collapsing after 18 properties filed for bankruptcy in a single year.
He wrote Ken Paxton a $25,000 check.
Then Paxton directed his AGās office to hand Paul confidential investigative files.
They blocked foreclosure sales on his properties.
And they sided with Paul against the charity he was accused of defrauding.
Nate Paul even employed Paxton's mistress at Paxtonās recommendation.
Paxton's own senior staff reported his corruption to the FBI. They were fired.
This is what Ken Paxton does when heās in a position of power ā and itās why he should be nowhere near the U.S. Senate.
I went to Delaney Hall after reports of unsafe and unconstitutional conditions inside, and what I heard from families and advocates was heartbreaking. The people being held there are fathers, mothers, sons, and daughters who deserve to be treated with dignity.āØāØMy request to access the facility was denied this morning, raising even more questions about what they are trying to hide from public view.Ā Iāll keep fighting for answers and to hold ICE accountable.
We must never forget.
