INTERIM BAIL — A STEP TOWARDS JUSTICE

Big development: Delhi’s Patiala House Court has granted 3 weeks of interim bail to Swatantra Bhardwaj in the CJP protester assault case.

During the hearing, his lawyer reportedly presented a video of Nishu Azad’s father, in which he claimed that he was the first to attack Swatantra.

Meanwhile, serious questions remain over the alleged attack on Swatantra and the absence of action against those accused of assaulting him.

If the evidence speaks for itself, justice should be equal for everyone. The law must not become selective.

This is the video of the actual incident, so please review it as well before reaching any conclusion. The facts should be verified objectively from all available evidence. There are concerns that the victim card may be used to falsely implicate innocent people and that the SC/ST Act may be misused in some cases. Therefore, the matter should be investigated fairly and impartially, and action should be taken only after establishing the facts.🙏🏻🧐
