Most people would have simply spoken to her and moved on.

But Pope Leo XIV did something so tender that it leaves me emotional.

Knowing she was blind, he gently took her hand and placed it on his face, allowing her to "see" him the only way she could.

She couldn't look into his eyes.

She couldn't see his smile.

But in that moment, she knew he was truly there.

Sometimes, the loudest sermons are preached without a single word.

@OliBoFama @catholiccom This isn't correct. The Orthodox, etc. might disagree on the nature of the papacy, but they agree that others inherited Peter's title. This is really more of a *some* Protestants thing.
