@PMOIndia @RailMinIndia @AIRDSSEF1 @sureshpprabhu Sir,our qualification is BE/BTECH as SSE in IR.Still in Group C.Y?

[Ram Ashish @RamAshi71857665]

@SUNILAGRAHARI2 @Railwhispers @AshwiniVaishnaw @airfindia @nfirindia @airef1234 @AIRDSSEF1 @RailSamachar @all_airef @AIRF15853780 RealStagnation is of-Direct https://t.co/mMRg1Fo5IU guaranteed promotion in life time unlike others.
Who always benefitted-Artisian staff recruited at level 1/2&stagnated at level 6😂
We technical staff have been designated much lower to Non Technicals- Accounts, Medical etc.

[Ram Ashish @RamAshi71857665]

@SUNILAGRAHARI2 @Railwhispers @AshwiniVaishnaw @airfindia @nfirindia @airef1234 @AIRDSSEF1 @RailSamachar @all_airef @AIRF15853780 Directly recruited SSE gets ZERO promotion, hence zero motivation UNLIKE any other Railway staff

[Soumyabrata @soumyabrata2202]

@SUNILAGRAHARI2 @Railwhispers @airfindia @nfirindia @all_airef @AIRDSSEF1 @IR_CRB @DoPTGoI @DoptSecretary This move may be welcome but the plight of Direct SSE is still not addressed. It's my humble request sir as you have understood the pain of all supervisors please consider our pain as well.

[Dharmraj Kumar @dharm9304]

@SUNILAGRAHARI2 @Railwhispers @airfindia @nfirindia @all_airef @AIRDSSEF1 @IR_CRB @DoPTGoI @DoptSecretary Sir We DSSE want only single assured promotion, in entire career we are remain frustrated after this solution, and when you go on ground level only DSSE work with new technology not promoted SSE, they have zero knowledge about technology, justice with #DSSE

[AMITAV KANUNGO @kanungoamitav75]

[SUNIL AGRAHARI @SUNILAGRAHARI2]

Entire service period There is no any assured career promotion for direct SSE who joined railway in
level 7.
This issues can be resolved by single assured promotion to avoid depression.

[Vinay @Vinay70279725]

@dlwtk @PMOIndia No future for sse in term of promotion

[VIKAS RANA @vikasrana_mbm]

@anilkrsinghm4mw @dlwtk @PMOIndia @PiyushGoyal Very true sir....if issues are not resolved then should be solved by authority soon as it is already delayed much..if already done should be displayed in front of staff..
