There’s a lot to like about Dubas. But perhaps his biggest flaw is how much he seems to overvalue his own guys. We saw this with the Johnsson/Kapanen contracts. Will continue to see it when he inevitably extends Morgan Rielly and hangs onto Marner. Frustrating.
