So rigidity structure is what we are working toward? #hsop2013

[13au0035 @13au0035]

@13au0015 I was wondering that too, we haven't had many in my PPE group. #hsop2013

[13au0035 @13au0035]

I haven't used Quantifi in PPE; can you track multiple ADEs in the same patient? #hsop2013

[13au0035 @13au0035]

@13au0093 Yes! It seems terrible!! Sounds like electronic records would make things much easier! #hsop2013

[13au0035 @13au0035]

Electronic charts seem awesome! Everyone should switch to these. Seems like it cut down on a lot of ADEs. #hsop2013

@13au0027 @13au0011 You can always tell them to look for signs of an allergic reaction; if they have them, call the doctor. #hsop2013

#hsop2013 I got an eRx one morning from the doctor and my med wasn't ready until late that night. An alert would be helpful.

[13au0035 @13au0035]

@13au0082 I agree! If people are always getting unimportant alerts, they may start to ignore even the important ones. #hsop2013

@13au0026 @13au0060 Great idea! Why on earth have doctors not been typing them? #hsop2013

[13au0035 @13au0035]

@13au0127 Yeah, a lot of this stuff is really tough to read! I can see how that causes a lot of errors. #hsop2013

[13au0035 @13au0035]

#hsop2013 It's amazing that half of errors originate at ordering! That's scary!
