@thameswater Absolutely need assistance as this surely is a basic human right in the uk to have a water supply .

I have sent a DM with my full name and postcode .

We are due the FREE repair but are apparently not a priority even though my neighbour is terminally ill

@thameswater how on earth is it acceptable that for 5 months now we can not get a water supply upstairs in our houses ?
That our supply downstairs is a mere trickle ?
I personally paid to have a water pump fitted but the pressure is so low it generally won’t kick in .
