🚨Scam alert: @build_on_bob is refusing to return my Bitcoin after a failed BTC->USDT swap, despite advertising its service as NON-CUSTODIAL. "Swap reverted. Your funds are safe." Except nothing arrived to the Bitcoin refund address I provided. And then this:
It’s not about technology, this is about psychology.
Why don’t we have more Bitcoin retail payments in the US? Because the American collective unconscious sees Bitcoin as an investment. A ticket to get rich quick.
When the average Jane somehow winds up with an app on her phone that shows her a Bitcoin balance, she doesn't think “I guess I’ll walk to the corner store and buy some eggs”, she thinks “Ooo, maybe this will make me rich!” and she holds on to it.
For Bitcoin to become something that is commonly used for retail payments it first has to be demonstrated useful as a payments network and that will only happen in situations where it is very much needed. In situations where there is real payments pain. And that has to come first to break the collective unconscious understanding of Bitcoin as an investment.
"What would it take for a major platform such as Meta, Shopify, or OpenAI to accept bitcoin?"
You're asking the wrong question entirely and it reveals just how poorly @spiral_xyz and much of the broader Bitcoin industry understand the problem they're actually trying to solve.
The Bitcoin "community" is affinity-based, NOT merit-based.
If you are new here, this is very important to understand. Your ideas and rationale are not welcome if they conflict with fame, hype, or trend signals.
If you are not here to make Bitcoiners passively rich in some way, you are not interesting to them.
Your success is correlated to your power and influence, not your creativity.
If you lack power, then you must display loyalty to it, or be ignored, or even cancelled in some cases.
This is what we built. Are you proud?
I am not, because we built a culture that selects by form, not function. All while riding the highest horse we could imagine.
I am embarrassed by what we have become. Aren't you?
‼️ Anthropic and Google researchers found a flaw that lets one crafted packet hijack a server during network boot, before Secure Boot checks the OS.
Almost all servers on earth are affected.
CVE-2026-97631 sits in TianoCore EDK II, code in the UEFI firmware of most servers.
A BTC security ‘red team’ would be a concept where white hats would launch realistic hacking attacks. Like make an evil software update and try and call it a security fix and get people to update. Social engineering, breaking the rules. Make people realize it’s a jungle out there
Our demo shows PHP2Shell giving a shell on MediaWiki, Symfony, Laravel, and phpBB.
We’ve confirmed exploits work on pre-patch releases of PHP 8.2–8.5. If you haven’t updated, assume attackers can compromise your server, and that exploitation will only get easier.
I found a SIM implant in my friend's @Ledger Flex. He set it up but never used it, so no funds were lost.
He bought it from @cryptobilis at their May 22 2026 Global Pizza Party, Raintree Club Kuala Lumpur.
