Am promulgat Legea prin care 15 iunie se instituie ca Zi Naţională a Memoriei Victimelor Mineriadei din 1990 şi a Represiunii Antidemocratice, pentru că avem datoria de a promova educația civică și de a păstra vie memoria victimelor și a tuturor celor care au avut de suferit atunci.
