@StuartMaggs I think this should be restricted. Anyone earning minimum wage or say upto 10% above minimum wage pays 0% and then a gradual increase until someone earning say 50% above minimum wage is taxed normally. The percentages could be tweaked.

@Ony1nyechi Thriller is factually the most critically acclaimed, best selling, culturally impactful etc and a great album, but IMO Bad is a better album, every song for me is a minimum of 8/10, whilst I think Thriller has 3 7/10 tracks.

@CARN0N I saw a video of from a country in Asia (can't remember which) and they had e-scooters with this exact thing. Obviously a battery in an e-scooter is much smaller and can be change by hand.
