देश के करोड़ों युवाओं की मेहनत, समय और भविष्य इन परीक्षाओं से जुड़ा होता है। इसलिए भर्ती प्रक्रिया ऐसी होनी चाहिए जिस पर हर अभ्यर्थी बिना किसी संदेह के भरोसा कर सके। अब आवश्यकता केवल आश्वासनों की नहीं, बल्कि ठोस सुधारों और स्पष्ट जवाबदेही की है।

How about treating central exams as a national security issue?

Create a dedicated secure complex with separate academic, printing, and logistics wings, secure communication lines, and a complete ban on personal phones and internet.

Suppose you have to conduct NEET-UG. Start by appointing 1,000 teachers from across India for each subject and ask each of them to prepare 100 questions as per detailed guidelines. Pay them well for their work. This would create a question bank of 100,000 questions per subject for that year, stored within the secure exam facility.

Two weeks before the examination, randomly select five teachers per subject as question paper setters and move them into the secure complex. They remain there under CCTV surveillance, with no access to phones or outside communication. Pay them handsomely and allow them to speak with their families only through secure monitored lines.

Over the next few days, they prepare the final question paper from the question bank. Once finalized, the paper moves to an in-house printing unit whose staff operate under similar security protocols. The papers are printed, proofread multiple times, tagged, packaged, and all waste copies are immediately destroyed.

The papers are then handed over to a dedicated distribution team in boxes which remain secured with tamper-evident seals and electronic locks, with digital authorization codes shared with the centres only on the day of the examination. Transportation to centres takes place under GPS tracking and CCTV monitoring. The question paper The boxes are opened no more than 30 minutes before the exam under the supervision of an independent third-party monitoring team, with every opening recorded and logged.

No system can guarantee absolute perfection, but the goal should be to make leaking a paper harder than passing the exam itself. The system must always stay two steps ahead of cheating networks.

A leak-proof and unfair-means-proof examination is the bare minimum we can provide to students of our country, who are already carrying the enormous mental burden of fierce competition.

सरकारी परीक्षाओं में अव्यवस्था अब खबर नहीं,
लगभग routine ही बनती जा रही है।
Video में seriousness देखिए !
Exam hall के अंदर खुलेआम mobile लेकर paper दिया जा रहा है।

अब इस पर क्या ही कहा जाए?
यहां सीधे-सीधे exam centres की व्यवस्था,
निगरानी, और जिम्मेदार लोगों की संवेदनशीलता पर सवाल उठते हैं।

लेकिन शायद उन्हें भी पता है कि
ना कोई बड़ी कार्रवाई होनी है,
ना blacklist होना है..........
अगली बार फिर Centre मिल ही जाएगा।

फिर अंत में वही statement जारी होगा
परीक्षा पूर्ण पारदर्शिता और सुचारु रूप से सम्पन्न हुई।
इतनी “पारदर्शिता” कि आराम से mobile से answer check करके exam दिया जा सके।
सबसे दुखद बात यही है कि
अब लाखों मेहनती छात्रों का भरोसा टूटना भी system को गंभीर समस्या नहीं लगता।

भर्ती परीक्षाओं में धांधलेबाजों के हौसले आखिर इतने बुलंद क्यों होते जा रहे हैं?

आज हालत ये है कि
exam से पहले ही उसकी setting और rate की चर्चाएं शुरू हो जाती हैं।
कानपुर में SSC GD परीक्षा निरस्त होने के बाद छात्रों का गुस्सा सड़कों पर दिखा
और ऐसी प्रतिक्रियाएं अब देखने को मिल रही हैं।

सबसे बड़ा सवाल यही है कि
जिन scams का खुलासा हो जाता है,
स्थिति अगर सिर्फ उतनी ही होती तो भी चिंता की बात थी।
लेकिन जिन गड़बड़ियों का कभी पता ही नहीं चला
ऐसे कितने लोग आज system में होंगे?

भर्ती परीक्षाओं को आखिर इतना मजाक क्यों बना दिया गया है
कहीं paper leak, कहीं server issue, कहीं center mismanagement और अब #ssc_gd 500 छात्रों को बुलाकर सिर्फ 250 की व्यवस्था।

आखिर ये कैसी परीक्षा प्रणाली बनाई जा रही है?
दूसरे जिलों से छात्र महीनों की तैयारी, खर्च और pressure लेकर exam देने पहुंचते हैं, और वहां जाकर पता चलता है कि system खुद तैयार नहीं है।

सबसे दुखद बात ये है कि हर बार गलती व्यवस्था की होती है, लेकिन नुकसान सिर्फ छात्रों को उठाना पड़ता है। फिर जब युवा गुस्सा दिखाते हैं, तो लोग उनकी प्रतिक्रिया देखते हैं

लेकिन उस मजबूरी और टूटते भरोसे को नहीं, जो उन्हें वहां तक ले जाता है।

When someone raises question against the incompetence of the govt, these ppl are quick to label them as "pakistani", "deep state agent", "opposition funded" etc.

Imagine labelling 12th kids are pakistani because they dared question a system which affected their future.

My younger brother scored 95% in Class 12 this year.

But because he got unexpectedly low marks in Physics, he applied for a copy of his answer sheet.

After checking it, his first reaction was: “Whoever evaluated this paper had zero understanding of Physics.”

In subjects like Physics, answers are not always copy-paste from NCERT answer keys. Two students can write different approaches and still be scientifically correct.

For example:

If a question asks why the sky appears blue, one student may write “Rayleigh scattering causes shorter wavelengths like blue to scatter more,” while another may explain it using wavelength dependency and atmospheric particle interaction.

Different wording, same concept.

Physics is about understanding concepts, not matching sentences word-for-word like an English dictation test.

He’s confident his marks will increase after revaluation and honestly, after seeing how rigidly papers are checked, I think many students deserve fair rechecking.

I think it's time for the Centre to start considering the idea of 'One District, One Examination Centre'. A 70-30 partnership with the state governments (Centre 100% for Himalayan states) to construct modern examination centres that can host 5,000 aspirants at any given time.
