@pivox@UwU_Crota_UwU@JeffreyCor@elonmusk@ericuman Just because something "seems" well researched doesn't mean it is. Research can come from anywhere and can contain false info and opinions stated as fact.
@DellaLuna@SimMattically I think the complaint is that it's too pricey for the quality we get. Sims 3 may be most $$ but they packed the packs with content. Look at World Adventures and its 3 massive worlds. Sims 4 gives us decoration sets with shallow gameplay and bugs for just as much
@EmmaCassie7 @Umbratea @SimMattically That's why EA isn't really trying anymore. They're counting on us to keep buying and playing even through complaints. Money talks more than online complaints. Everyone complains but all they see are sales numbers and simmers online, playing through the bugs.
@y2kslvt@Vidde@ClauWowPaw@Goblincore_sims@TheSims At this point, with all these packs, it's too complicated to fix base game because then all packs would break and need fixing. Why? Because they've built each pack on a broken base. It would take too long at this point and loss of money.
@SimMattically People forget the sims 4 was broken from the beginning. It was meant to be something else and instead of scraping it and starting over, they tried to mold something new around it that wasn't meant to be molded on. Crap foundation = crap game.
JUST FOLLOW THE GUIDE FROM MY LINK, most importantly the steps marked as "essential".
This is really a game-changer and since the game is not being updated anymore, the changes you'll make won't break with any updates.
The only thing that gets the update is the mods themselves!
