Happy Move of the Month Monday! 💪 This week, week 4, is Advanced Swimming on the Reformer (feat. one of our spectacular clients, Suzanne). Swimming strengthens and mobilizes the upper back, shoulders, and arms while also working the abdominals and spine.

For Week 3 of Swimming, we’re using the Pilates sling to support the ribs for proper curling and extension of the spine.
Happy 15 to Fit Trainer Thursday! For favorite chair move, Stephanie's is table with single leg extension. This is the perfect full-body exercise and improves balance and coordination.
Another week = a progression to our Move of the Month! For week 2, we have Arms Rowing on Reformer and Seated with Rolling Spine Down and Up. This group of exercises mobilizes the back, shoulders and arms while also working the abdominals.
Happy May! A new month means a new Star of the Month, Roger! Roger is 78 and works in Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
