@JuliaHB1 I had to collect my post from the delivery office today. Important letter which contained a cheque was posted 1st class on the 2nd and still had not arrived today. They have been told by @RoyalMail not to prioritise letters, so they can sit there for over a week.

@Iromg Royal Mail have told sorting offices not to prioritise delivering letters? More than one week for a 1st class letter and I had to go to the delivery office to fish it out. Included a cheque. #PoorService

@RoyalMail this is an absolute disgrace, letters which were posted 1st class on 2nd July still not delivered by the 9th, had to collect myself from the sorting office during their very limited opening hours!
