Following negotiations with Tesco, we welcome the announcement that staff pay will increase to ยฃ13.28 per hour โฌ๏ธ
This above-inflation increase represents a pay increase of 43% over the last five years ๐
Reform want to SCRAP the Employment Rights Act, removing benefits like sick pay, protection from unfair dismissal and guaranteed hours for millions of workers โ

Over HALF of Tetrosyl's warehouse staff are now Usdaw members and yet the company still refuse to recognise or engage in talks with us ๐ค
We have now applied for a statutory agreement which would give us an agreement without the need for a ballot โ๏ธ
There has never been a greater need for trade union representation as members continue to strike over Tetrosyl's appalling fire and rehire tactics โ
