This week, Usdaw reps at First Series Summer School took part in a fantastic half-day workshop delivered by Paul Hill, Regional Manager at @SRTRC_England 🔴

The workshop explored anti-racism, challenging stereotypes, and tackling prejudice, while equipping reps with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools they need to challenge racism and create positive change in their workplaces 👏

Usdaw believes there is no place for racism in our workplaces, our communities, or our society - by educating, challenging, and standing together, we can build workplaces where everyone is treated fairly, with dignity and respect 💜
