@talljohnny11 @HousingOmbuds Ombudsman ignores lots of complaints against HAs. March last year my complaint accepted now STILL waiting for allocation. Apology after 12 months, told to complain then Ombudsman refused to accept complaint about themselves saying already dealt with so not going to review
