The lies that @GOPLeader & many House Republicans spread fueled the insurrection. Their efforts to rewrite history insult the brave officers who put their lives on the line to defend democracy. The bipartisan @January6thCmte will honor our heroes by finding the truth.
Today I signed the ECO Act, a bipartisan bill that will:
⚡ Invest in and expand energy conservation
🦺 Create good-paying jobs
🌎 Reduce greenhouse gases
The ECO Act ensures that Minnesota will continue to be a leader in energy policy.
Thank you for including me today, @MNFarmersUnion. It was a joy to be with you again and to talk with you about your ideas for our future. Your agenda is an agenda for Minnesota. Let’s get to work.
Thanks @RepSamanthaVang, @Kent_Eken, @NickAFrentz and @RepToddLippert for starting off our final day of Virtual Lobby Days with us! They took questions from members about Farmer-Lender Mediation, meat processing policy and health care.
We're so happy to have @GovTimWalz joining us this morning! He shares many priorities that we do and says he's proud of the work that we do. Our issues go beyond urban vs. rural. Thank you Governor for joining us at Lobby Day once again.
We're now on with @AGEllison - he says he supports our efforts on anti-trust in agriculture and wants more funding to enforce that. He brought up challenges in rural housing as well and hopes to keep hearing from us! Thanks for joining us on Lobby Day.
This is what an @MNFarmersUnion super-fan looks like ⬇️👩🏽🌾
Minnesota helps feed the world, and I was grateful to join you today to talk about the farmers who make that happen. Thank you for being our partners in making agriculture more accessible and sustainable.
Minnesota's three Republican congressmen flew home on a Delta flight from Washington, despite airline restrictions on passengers recently exposed to COVID-19 positive people. https://t.co/nJJPNljB0F
This Labor Day, let’s thank all those who've kept our country going this year—nurses, teachers, delivery drivers, food service workers, and many more. We can honor them by building our system back even better—so that essential workers are treated like it, pandemic or not.
Between working 45+ hours a week, starting my last year of graduate school, directing the TMB fall theater production...AND running for office...this past week is a nice preview of the next couple of months. Busy busy busy! Let's do this!!!
