fwiw I don't like the 20% issue either, but if they exhaust the current $1bn facility and there's enough legs to start a new one, it's a good problem to have. Total HYPE holdings should then be 30m+

@cerealbase This applies for new raises only. The 1bn ATM provision predates the de-SPAC (Oct 25 vs Dec 25) so until they exhaust it this doesn't apply. Check the advisor shares from Dec to today - they're identical even after they've tapped the ATM a handful of times already.
