For my opinion, besides Kosovan flag needs to be also the serbian one.

@USAmbKosovo Before this tweet, ask Hill in Belgrade what to do with albanians in Presheva and Bujanovc, when he said that there would not be any association of albanian municipalities in South Serbia !

@USAmbKosovo Then need more preasure to implement the Ohrid Dialogue, but it seens to be not. Same it was also for albanians in Macedonia, same even now in Kosovo. Nothing, just paper handing in table, some wines for Borel and Lajcak and laughing before interviews.
