Extremely disappointed with @redBus_in and the bus operator’s service. My confirmed seat was cancelled at the time of boarding and given to someone else, apparently a relative of the bus operator. I had an urgent trip to Delhi and was left stranded.

@redBus_in This was the last sleeper bus available, and there were no other sleeper bus options after that

@redBus_in Thank you for responding, but the issue is more serious than just an inconvenience. The bus operator behaved very rudely and cancelled my confirmed seat at the time of boarding, giving it to someone else. This is completely unacceptable.
