@JacobHorsfall_ Pens are given in other scenarios where there is no guarantee the player gets to the ball. Corner kicks for example, where players are jostling, one gets pushed over when the ball is delivered. Ref gives penalty, who’s to say that specific player was going to get there first.

@kollnus @PremLeaguePanel Dyche did a great job getting Burnley to 7th. They beat Aberdeen and Istanbul Basaksehir before losing to Olympiacos. If they had beaten them they would have made the group stages of the Europa League.
