Given this pertinent information b4 we travelled the 7miles to this store.
In the end we were left with no option but to shop in store.
Not the customer service we expect fromSainsburys, considering we had prepaid for annual delivery, and wasted 3 hours chasing our tails😒

Hugely disappointed in @sainsburys this evening, booked a home delivery slot, got a phone call to say it wouldn't be delivered as van driver had been involved in an accident and had to return to shop.(hope everyone involved was ok)

We opted to collect it from FossePark store, Leicester as this is our local store.
When we arrived to collect, we were told it was actually at another store,Leicester North which is an approx 45minutes away. Would have been nice to have been

Bought approx 10pkts of these 8yrs ago,£17each,looks great, but overtime the handles have started to fail.Gr8 have a life time guarantee.Took packaging and failed handles to local Thurmaston leicester branch.Apparently still need receipt to xchange.
