Mathematicians were finding whether quintic polynomials have a closed form solution and a new branch of math (Galois theory) was born. If there's no problem, there would be no need for anything more.

@prathoshap Nothing will change unless the insane amount of competition and social pressure reduces. Removing exams, grades etc. is fine but it will just shift the pressure to some other metric. I mean after all people care about grades only so that they can get a nice job in the end.

@my_free_speech That's if you wanted to live in the forest like a caveman. The reason human brains became smarter was this excess carbs due to agriculture. While I agree humans naturally need to eat meat, carbs are also equally important.

But of course, following vegetarian diet is an individual choice but shouldn't be enforced on another.
