It is just like you can't shoot someone who is fleeing no matter what they did. No danger = no self-defense.

Ask any gun owner who made that mistake, was charged with murder, and ended up in jail. They will tell you I am correct.

@BORNSUPREME7 @AmiriKing One cannot claim self-defense when they are no longer in danger. The white girl was not fighting after being thrown to the ground, so the black girl should have stopped attacking. Since she didn't, if the white girl dies, it is murder.

Drawing a gun is illegal unless your or someone else's life is at risk. You can't approach a threat and claim self-defense. If you kill them you go to jail for murder.
