@data_atx@friedshrimpoboy It creates 25 acres of brand new real estate for $4m per acre. This land would normally be valued at $8-$15m per acre. Not spending now would forever (until they redo i35 again in 50 years) lock the city out. It’s fiscally irresponsible to NOT spend this money.
