PAKISTAN IS GOING TO BAN ALL CRYPTO EXCHANGES AND P2P TRADERS FROM 5 SEPTEMBER 🚨🇵🇰🛑

On 21 August 2026, @PakistanVARA published the new Virtual Asset Services Regulations and opened applications. 🧾⚠️

That date is not a ban on every exchange.
It hits the ones that do not get a NOC (No Objection Certificate, the first government clearance paper). 👀

Who must come under the government 📋
🔶 Crypto exchanges serving Pakistan
🔷 Crypto apps working in Pakistan must get a license from the Pakistani government
🔸 P2P traders who run this as a business, already moving billions of dollars, must register with the government too

Existing businesses already running on or before 5 March 2026 must file that NOC by 5 September 2026 or stop.
New firms can still apply later. ⏰

If they do not file 🛑
🟥 The app or website can be blocked
🟧 The seller can face investigations

@binance and @HTX_Global already hold that first NOC paper.
An unlicensed local seller does not. 🏦✅

A person holding their own coins in their own wallet does not file this paper.

Pakistan’s virtual asset licensing regime is now live. 🇵🇰

In under 6 months, Pakistan has moved from primary legislation to notified regulations and an open licensing process.

Under Section 70 of the Virtual Assets Act, 2026, existing virtual asset service providers must submit their NOC applications by 5 September 2026 or cease operations.

Pakistan is opening the front door to the global digital asset economy, with clear rules, regulatory oversight and accountability.
