Just imagine, if @TheRealPCB had the same policy that @UBLDigital has, @76Shadabkhan would never be able to play for Pakistan again. UBL considers ex patients of Hepatitis C security risk, never hire them. One person was diagnosed hepatitis C in 2009 and cured in 2010 (1)
@breezefades It is one of the biggest blessings, ask those who want and cannot have.
If you are leaving pious and successful kids behind you, that is the best legacy.
@24Muhammad24 Then there is no difference between you and Sindhi nationalists.
We might have differences with Afghans but that doesn't mean we have to side with enemies of Islam like Ranjit Singh
@Sher_ShahK_Suri May be you need to assess why this is happening, because you guys are emotional, get easily exploited.
You would rarely see punjabis getting ready to kill anyone based on language or race or geopolitics
@SyedIHusain LOL, stop this. Other provinces get more per head funds than Punjab, still Punjab is ahead and it will stay ahead because Punjabi leaders are more sincere to their people than Baloch, Sindhi etc
*sigh* Please understand the PM of a nuclear nation can be asked to approve the launching of nuclear weapons at any time.
He must remain able to issue an authenticated, encrypted, survivable order at any moment, including while airborne and even if ground networks have been jammed, destroyed, or isolated.
Nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3), which is the critical network of systems, procedures, and personnel used by national leaders to manage and direct nuclear forces,
has a short list of non-negotiable properties that every serious nuclear state designs around (Rear admiral John Gower has a great book on it):
* The order must be unambiguously identified as coming from the legitimate national command authority which is the PM.
* The message must use dedicated, national encryption and authentication that commercial systems do not possess and are not allowed to carry.
* There must be multiple, simultaneous paths across the radio spectrum (including in case of Russia very-low-frequency links that can reach submerged submarines) so there is no single point of failure.
* The link must survive electromagnetic pulse, jamming, and the loss of ground stations.
* The system must work in peacetime, crisis, and after a first strike.
No commercial flight fits this NC3 criteria. UK, US, Pakistan, India all have NC3 enabled planes for their leaders.
