Who said transfer is a right? It may not be a right, but it is absolutely within banking rules and regulations. Is applying for a transfer on spouse grounds or extreme compassionate grounds some kind of favor I am asking for? Or is it outside banking rules?

And for your information…Kolkata was my home posting, not Delhi. I applied for a transfer to Delhi only because of an extreme medical emergency. Delhi was not my preferred location. No employee wants to leave their home posting unless there is a serious compulsion.

Also, let me be very clear..I made a request, not a demand. The bank had every right to reject it but at least they should have done so on time with proper reasons and comments.
Forget approval or rejection..they didn’t even respond.
Does that fall under banking rules?

After 5 months of continuous follow-ups, replying casually on WhatsApp that I should apply through the portal…is that part of any official banking process?

When I submitted my resignation, was it not the bank’s responsibility to either accept or reject it? Is keeping someone’s transfer request and resignation pending without acknowledgment or any decision part of the rules?

Issuing notices based on half facts…is that as per banking regulations?
And conducting an exit interview…is that the employee’s responsibility or the bank’s?

I waited for the full 90-day notice period before speaking publicly. Before that…I tried everything….postal letters, emails, phone calls, WhatsApp. I reached out to ZO, LHO and even the Corporate Centre. I explained everything, submitted documentary evidence for every point…even emailed the Chairman. Still, there was no response.

So tell me…under which banking rules does this kind of behavior fall?

And yes..rules are supposed to be the same for everyone…so who exactly do they think they are, twisting their own rules, gaslighting employees and expecting people to just shut up and tolerate it?

I completely reject this heartless system and its job..I don’t need it and I refuse to be a part of it.

After that, complete silence for 3 weeks.

No delivery.
No call.
No attempt.

Then on March 28, @IndianOilcl suddenly starts marking:
“Door Closed.”

Not once. Repeatedly.
And then cancels the order as “Returned Thrice.”

Three attempts? You didn’t even show up once.

I have CCTV footage proving no delivery was ever attempted.

And frankly, I don’t care how much is being donated to PM CARES funds by you people, but
basic accountability to customers is clearly missing.

This is not incompetence.

AIBOC is perhaps the only union in the world which has gone to court to stop the government from paying more PLI to AIBOC members who are senior executives because around 80 pc senior executives in our bank and other banks are AIBOC members.i have read their writ petition many times no where i have found their plea to extend similar higher pli to other members of their association which should have been the more rational demand .
And since joint note has no legal backing so they have roped in AIBEA And NCBE because bipartite has legal backing.
Waiting for the day when AIBOC will file a writ in Delhi court / supreme court for non implementation of 5 days banking which is also part of joint note / bipartite .
Because their present case against PLI to senior executives rest solely on violation of 9 th joint note/ 12 th bipartite.
Last full year in CLC union / association wasted their time on opposing this PLI scheme instead of fighting for 5 days banking for which every bank employees are waiting for years .
Will be keenly waiting for the court outcome today .

I want to ask some very clear questions to SBI. @TheOfficialSBI

If an employee is dealing with an extreme medical emergency…is her/his written request not valid unless it is in your so-called “prescribed format”?
Does humanity take a back seat to paperwork in your system?

In such situations…is it not the responsibility of the concerned HR or the appropriate authority to at least respond to the employee’s email or call and guide them properly?
Or is silence the standard protocol?

And if an employee, after being ignored at every level, is forced to escalate the matter to the Chairman…should that email also be ignored?
Or is there yet another “prescribed format” even for reaching out to the highest authority?

Did you even read the email or were you just busy forwarding it around without understanding or taking any responsibility?

Is this what accountability looks like in your system..forwarding the matter here and there while ignoring the actual issue?

I expect answers…not procedural excuses.

The Government of India was willing to pay up to 5 pc of net profit for PLI of senior https://t.co/QrerW2fHjf financial year 2024- 25 net profit of PSB was around 1.79 lakh cr so 5 pc of that will be around 9000 cr and total payout will be around 2500 cr for PLI of senior executives as per current formula approved by DFS for 12 PSB for fy 24 - 25.
That means 6500 crore available for PLI of public sector banks employees. what prevents AIBOC and other major unions from demanding a better PLI package for the remaining 95 pc of public sector banks employees.
