@British_Airways so my flight was delayed an hour, the in-flight entertainment systems were off line the entire flight, my business class seat didn’t decline fully and I’m waiting over an hour for baggage. All for a ticket north of £6000.

@LDNLutonAirport not had the best experience tonight at your airport. Unfortunately my baggage was lost (not your fault) but getting on the transport to LAP station the bus driver denied me a receipt and dismissed me to the back of the bus. Good to be treated like a 12 y/o.
