Yesterday, I ordered Rajbhog Ice Cream tubs. Rajbhog tub was completely broken, there were pieces of plastic inside ice cream. This is a serious food safety issue, so I did not consume it.

I immediately contacted Zepto Support and uploaded photos of damaged ice cream multiple times.
Instead of providing a resolution, support team repeatedly responded with "shop is temporarily closed" and closed the ticket without addressing the issue.

Dear @epfokrpuram@officialepfo I have raised grievance SROWF/E/2025/47506, SRBOM/E/2025/20501 but still cases are disposed without providing complete guidance. Revised Form 3A has sent via numerous emails to [email protected] but no response.
