Why does @ScotRail not limit the amount of passengers allowed on a train? This isn’t the first time I’ve been on an absolutely

I've always found this a rather striking tenement. On the corner of Bridge Street and Kingston Street in Glasgow, it was probably designed by Bruce and Hay and built in 1884 for the Commercial Bank of Scotland.
