@OliWebster3@of_defi I don’t disagree that loads are at it, and when they get kicked out of the playoffs for it, we can have a conversation about them. Fact still remains if there was no sporting advantage you wouldn’t do it, so his achievements are null and void.
@jdgwright@of_defi It didn’t have any advantage in the 3 games we admitted to. But the club must have felt they gained an advantage or wouldn’t have continued to do it.
@tom7lawrence@ewdog76 I’m not saying they shouldn’t, I’m saying it doesnt happen. Like I said if I turn up to my job at 9:05 on Tuesday my HR team would have a field day with them trying to deduct my salary. Football has different (unwritten) rules. Threatening someone’s job is bullying.
@tom7lawrence@_jackgladman_@ewdog76 Don’t think football HR works the same way regular jobs do. My work can’t deduct my wages if I’m late on Tuesday. At best he could go to a tribunal, however with an internship they don’t need a reason not to keep you on.
