The Election Commission is the backbone of Indian democracy, not a shield for those in power.

Any questions over its appointments, independence and functioning strike at the very foundations of our constitutional democracy.

Articles 324, 325 & 326 of the Constitution, along with the Representation of the People Acts, 1950 & 1951, demand a credible, impartial and inclusive electoral system.

No eligible voter can be arbitrarily denied their right to vote.

Gyanesh Kumar must take responsibility.

If the Election Commission cannot command public confidence, the CEC must resign.

Democracy is bigger than any individual or government.

चुनाव आयोग के अपने नियमों के हिसाब से, SIR शुरू होने के बाद किसी भी नए वोटर का “Form 6” मंज़ूर नहीं किया जा सकता है। फिर उत्तर प्रदेश में SIR के दौरान 16 लाख से ज़्यादा Form 6 कैसे मंज़ूर किए गए?

यह बात “गुप्त” क्यों रखी गई थी?

SIR का सिर्फ़ एक ही ��कसद है: बजाय इसके कि वोटर सरकार को चुनें, सरकार अपने वोटर ख़ुद चुनेगी।
