On 19th May at around 7.30pm, the Home Fibre went out again. They issued the usual 5GB bundle, but instead of that bundle being depleted, Safaricom somehow depleted my monthly bundle instead —

-Safaricom’s service fails ->I am forced to rely on mobile data ->I purchase additional bundles because of the outage ->Safaricom issues “complimentary” bundles ->Your system still consumes the paid bundles first

How is that fair to the customer?
