Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, KwaZulu-Natal SAPS Commissioner, said the police are looking into “senior” Home Affairs officials who are facilitating the entry of foreign nationals into the country. TCG
The Directive from Home Affairs is withdrawn, the Constitutional Court Judgement IS NOT…
If we say we are a Democracy now is the perfect time to see it at play… The Constitutional Court and Parliament cannot be above the will of the people.
The Constitution must work for the Citizens if it doesn’t, then something must be fundamentally wrong with this “Democracy”
This is the time we call for parliament to call a referendum on the Constitution of SA and for South Africa to withdraw from the 1951 refugee convention because it simply does not serve the will of the people of this country.
BREAKING
[WATCH]
A vehicle has been set alight near the Constitutional Court and rubber bullets fired at protesters who came to the court to hand over a memorandum of demands.
More police have brought in including a police nyala.
The marchers were from KwaMaiMai and said while they welcome Home Affairs withdrawing the asylum seekers applications, it does not nullify the Concourt ruling.
