As we conclude Ex VALIANT SPIRIT the GOC ARITC @ArmyComdtRMAS addresses recruits from Pirbright and Winchester on belief. Belief in the team and belief in leadership. Followed by an emotional Act of Remembrance. An emotional end and very hot. π₯΅#Proud#Army#Thisisbelonging
Early morning and itβs 35C! Recruits giving a presentation on Discipline in WW1. How things have changed! Great linkage with current training. Another important element of Ex VALIANT SPIRIT is a recruitβs personal development and confidence building. This helps mental resilience.
A Huge congratulations to @96Squadron for winning Pirbright Warrior. Strongly followed by a very close second place @1ATR_Chavasse, amazing efforts across the whole of 1ATR. πͺ
Such an achievement for @1ATR_Chavasse, the first fully integrated intake with commonwealth. Successful across the 14 weeks, friends and family should be very proud. Such a fantastic turnout in the stands. Well done all.
