Labeling the release of a first-degree murder suspect as an "administrative error" is a pathetic excuse for gross negligence.
The fact that he remained free even after violating bond conditions proves that the system in Charlotte is broken.
There must be immediate accountability for the judges and officials who allowed this situation to escalate.
@dom_lucre NC "justice" cares more about skin color than it does CRIME PREVENTION. WATCH NC!!! @RoyCooperNC was governor 8 years & is running for senate. @JoshStein_ was his AG & is now governor. They've spent years destroying the judicial system of NC! Help NC defeat Cooper, PLEASE!
What a great father. Any dad seeing that man would do the same.
This man didn't "snap." He didn't "lose control."
He saw the walking embodiment of every nightmare he's lived since May—the guy accused of taking his 16-year-old son's life, still breathing free air because the system fumbled the paperwork—and his body moved before his brain could get a warrant.
@dom_lucre A grieving father snapping is human, but when courthouse hallways turn into battlegrounds because a murder suspect walks free on a bond he allegedly violated, that’s not justice — that’s a system daring people to explode.
A father snapped. Not because he wanted to. Because the system failed first.
$100k bond for first-degree murder. Released. Taunting the family. Violating conditions. And the judge said yes anyway.
So the dad did what the court wouldn't. He delivered justice in a hallway. With his hands. With his grief. With nothing left to lose.
They'll charge him now. They'll call it assault. But the real crime happened the day they let a killer walk.

On @CelebrityCruise inaugural cruise for #xcel and no thanks to @AmericanAir for ruining my trip because they sent my bag to Argentina so I have none of my belongings. Leave it to American Airlines to always ruin a trip. #fyp#explore
