Providing a few benchmark P&Ls for a bunch of different types of DTC companies below.
- metrics like DAU/MAU and D1/7/30 don’t make sense. It might be annual or quarterly usage - have to look at longer term stats
- heavily targeting vertical communities w events/PR/sales and other offline efforts can work
- CAC can be $100 not $10
- adding social prolly won’t work
