These are the sponsorship formats Substack is offering via its βcreator kits.β I donβt see how this scales. Too many formats, too many variables. Ad networks require standardization. This kind of matchmaking will have too high transaction costs bc its hand-crafted. Also notable the word "newsletter" is studiously avoided (or mention of the cut Substack takes).

@stevenrecords@bhalligan Why too expensive? Itβll be relative to the economics of each business. For leads, Iβd gander most CAC is >$1 for most businesses. Proof will be in the pudding on how quality a lead is for $1 and the conversion rate.
