I Just build UnWired a Chrome extension that hides anything you don't want to see on the web. Not a keyword blocker. You describe it in plain English ("crypto hype, AI-generated thumbnails, doomscroll bait") and an LLM filters every page in real time.

It is still a work in progress, but it is opensource if you would like to help out
