Thanks Max. Our move into SaaS Management years ago was based on our business customers asking us to help reign in SaaS sprawl, starting with optimization and then risk management and governance. As agentic workflows were introduced, we were logically asked to extend to that domain. Securing agent access, keeping raw credentials and secrets out of context and memory and delivering scoped and traceable secrets just in time is front and center of what we are doing, in connection with great partners like Notion.

At the heart of what AI changes is non-determinism. Our work, tools, org structures, etc. were built around the limitations of humans to absorb and respond. 80/20 or less approaches drove us into systems and processes that were good enough with just enough forks in the road for us to not go insane.

The ability to outsource a huge volume of iterations as we navigate the road can lead to more customized outcomes, but challenges us to deal with the thrash and pace it introduces. It’s why the people closest to the AI edge are not seeing their lives get easier. They are working harder than they ever have, burning themselves out and building up stress levels in their bodies as they try to adopt and keep up.

The irony to me is that only by being in top human form, can one get the most out of AI. Physical, emotional, spiritual. Sleep, nutrition, movement, community, purpose. All critical in a world without AI. Even more critical in a world with AI. At least for now.
