@B_Rjones89 This is simple commingling of funds. I dont believe contractors are required to escrow draws. Likely not illegal, just bad practice. Of course he there are other transactions in there.

@B_Rjones89 There is a chain of custody, it is not the image of your signature my man. All these marks you left have an IP address linked to them. That is how you prove it wasnt you. Docusign can provide you with that.
