Leaked—>The person who reported me to my medical board (@gmcuk) for my pro-Palestine activism is Dr. Justin Stebbing—previously suspended for mistreating cancer patients and for inappropriate conduct with a female patient.

Stebbing is a British jewish oncologist and cancer and COVID-19 treatment researcher at Imperial College London with a Harley Street private practice.

The accusations against Stebbing were:

· Providing unnecessary private treatment at the end of life to 12 patients
· Failing to discuss the benefits and risks of treatment
· Failing to maintain professional distance with a female patient, exchanging "flirty" emails where he called her 'Little Miss Trouble', with messages accompanied by kisses, "love to LMT," and "good LMT"

He initially denied 30 of the 36 charges against him and was found guilty on three further counts.

MPTS (@the_mpts) panel chair Ms. Margaret Obi called for his erasure from the medical register, stating he showed "persistent dishonesty" and no remorse.

Sharon Beattie, QC for the GMC, agreed and expressed concerns about an "ongoing risk" to patient safety due to his "persistent dishonesty," which he had attempted to cover up.

Yet he avoided being struck off.
Why?

· He argued that his work is invaluable
· Celebrities and scientists came to his defense
· The press (including the Daily Mail) supported him, calling him 'God'

The initial decision was a 12-month suspension, but it was shortened to 9 months.
Why?

Prof. Stebbing’s QC, Mary O’Rourke, argued that his dishonesty occurred during "one of the worst periods of his life" while he was suffering mental health problems.

She claimed Prof. Stebbing had not taken on the 12 patients "for money" but for the "greater good," adding that "he didn’t kill anybody."

Earlier today, a long-time anti-Zionist supporter of Jeremy Corbyn asked him whether he would follow Zarah Sultana’s (@zarahsultana) lead and openly declare himself an anti-Zionist.

He refused.

When the activist pressed further, she was pushed aside by Oly Durose, Corbyn’s adviser and former aide to David Lammy, who urged journalists to turn their cameras off.

Why is Jeremy Corbyn, even after leaving the genocide-supporting Labour Party and setting up a new left-wing alternative, still refusing to oppose Zionism as a Jewish supremacist ideology?

This comes in the same day that another Corbyn adviser, James Schneider, also refused to say he was an anti-Zionist.

Any anti-racist must by definition be anti-Zionist.

We'd like to address a persistent criticism we receive about our work.

Claim: Calling for military intervention distracts/undermines the international BDS campaign.

Response: The opposite is true.

Military intervention to stop genocide is an ESCALATION from BDS and reinforces it.

We believe BDS is vital and must be rigorously pursued to reduce complicity in genocide. But BDS is insufficient to stop the slaughter because Israel is ideologically committed to genocide. It must be proactively and militarily stopped.

For decades, Israel has ethnically cleansed Palestinians and built a vast genocidal infrastructure surpassing anything known to humanity. This includes surveillance, 100s of checkpoints, walls and blockades, watchtowers with automated guns, total control of entry/exit, detention and torture centres, stranglehold over food/water/trade, and administrative classification determining every Palestinian’s rights and movement.

Palestine is barred from a military, leaving only SEVERELY limited armed resistance requiring infinite courage given near-certain death (from IOF or the PA itself).

Over 77 years, Israel has entrenched apartheid and annexation through habitual, unrelenting violence—enabled by global inaction.

In the last 22 months, Israel has carried out the worst bombing campaign in history, decimating Gaza, killing 200k+ (40% children), and starving those who remain.

About 50% of Israelis openly call for extermination of all Palestinians in Gaza. The parliament and government have annexed both Gaza and the West Bank, erasing Palestinian status altogether.

It is now blindingly obvious that the Israeli state, media and society are committed to their “final solution” of extermination or expulsion—live, before our eyes.

Military intervention is a legal, moral, humanitarian and strategic NECESSITY. Israel CANNOT be negotiated with. Force is needed to break the siege, impose a no-fly zone, deliver food and aid, evacuate settlers, dismantle walls/checkpoints and guarantee Palestinian self-determination.

This demand is not controversial—it is a legal obligation on states to enforce ICJ rulings and UNGA decisions. Military force is now required under international law to stop genocide and dismantle occupation.

The claim this undermines BDS is absurd. Twenty years ago BDS was called “too radical” against civic petitions and letters. But BDS wasn’t against those—it recognised we must go further.

Military intervention is the same: it reinforces BDS. Look at Yemen—armed resistance strengthens, not weakens, the population’s boycott of Israel. No Yemeni could buy Israeli goods without acute public outrage.

Military intervention is simply the next rung on the same ladder of collective resistance. The claim that it undermines BDS is illogical and palpably false.

Since launching this campaign, many committed activists have voiced concern. We ask people to think this through and stop repeating this unsustainable criticism, which only damages efforts to build momentum for military intervention.

Why Hamas is NOT a terrorist group

The framework of international law:

The United Nations (UN) has never declared Hamas a terrorist group. Only certain countries are doing this (USA, EU, Canada and some others), but not international law.

Why? Because Israel is recognized as an occupying power: since 1967 it has occupied Gaza, the West Bank and East Jerusalem by military force. According to International Humanitarian Law, peoples under occupation have the legitimate right to resist, even with weapons, against the occupier.

This is supported by:

- UN resolutions, which recognize the right of all peoples to fight against colonial and foreign occupation.

- Geneva Conventions and the practice of the International Criminal Court (CPI), which do not criminalize armed resistance, provided that the laws of war are respected.

In this frame, Hamas is a political and resistance actor, not a terrorist group.

Judith Butler (American philosopher, Berkeley University): affirmed that “armed resistance under occupation cannot be reduced to terrorism,” and that the debate must include the roots of violence: occupation and colonialism.

Hamas could be criticized for certain acts, but that does not nullify its political legitimacy nor its character as a liberation movement.

Israel has imposed the label of "terrorism" as a propaganda tool to:

1) Prevent the world from talking about occupation and apartheid.

2) Justify massive bombing of civilian population in Gaza.

3) Criminalize any form of Palestinian resistance, whether armed or even peaceful (NGOs, students, journalists).

Calling Hamas a “terrorist” is not a legal fact, it’s a political and media strategy.

Israel, on the other hand, has murdered resistance leaders without trial, demonstrating its contempt for international law.

Palestinian resistance groups are comparable to other anti-colonial movements in Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Hamas is a Palestinian actor with real representation in society, as it won elections in 2006.

The UN has never declared Hamas a terrorist. Israel is an occupying power. And according to international law, resistance against occupation is legitimate. That is not terrorism, it is a people's right to liberate themselves.
