@Earl_GreyT @Airbnb Join the class action settlement that is building. Unfortunately @airbnb agreed to a contract with me too, & they refuse to remediate it.

I'm with @edibleschef! We need a #classaction #lawsuit against @airbnb for systemic contract violations with hosts. They refunds at hosts' expense in order to further their own profits. #independentcontractors #rentalarbitrage #investmentrental #ineedalawyer #weneedtotalk

[Katy @1StuntTwunt]

@Earl_GreyT @Airbnb Yes, and they are committing #breachofcontract by shutting down and ignoring their contractors in order to pander to #travelers and #investors. #termsofservice and #communityguidelines create order for peer to peer transactions, and they override this without authority to do so.

[Katy @1StuntTwunt]

Contact @traverselegal! They are building a class action to strengthen our voice for rightful remediation. #boycottairbnb #AirBnBstealsfromhosts #contractorrights https://t.co/x9MqRgaHJA

@1StuntTwunt @Airbnb They put you on a loop and then refuse to actually call and keep your money

[Katy @1StuntTwunt]

@Earl_GreyT @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb I wish they did that here. They wanted me to let this guy in my home that was 3 days late & didn't want to provide guest names. I drove 10 hrs each way & missed a day's work waiting. But I violated bc I wasn't around days later to let a weirdo in that refused to follow the rules.

[Katy @1StuntTwunt]

Hey @airbnb! How come you tell me I have 1 hr to respond to your or you will breach our contract, but you can't call me back for 29 days? #stopclosingmytickets #stopgaslighting #payrealwages #respectyourcontractors #fixyourerror @BBBureau @BBBTriCounties @BBBKY @TopClassActions

@_prilz @Earl_GreyT @DJLProjects @yogahikergirl @SadCustomers @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp My condolences and empathy, @_prilz. I've been a host since 2015 as well. It's so sad to have to move my business to another platform, but it's worth it. They've stolen nearly $10k from me during the past year. #boycottairbnb not to mention the time, stress, and mental health.

[Kristi Growdon @KristiGrowdon]

#Boycott #Airbnb they are a poorly run company and treat their host horribly. Poor customer service. Book through #VRBO.

[Katy @1StuntTwunt]

@Earl_GreyT @Airbnb Unfortunately they THINK they can do so in the United States. They, like @instacart, @lyft, @doordash and @uber, think they can offer independent contractors the guise of autonomy, when it's really a manipulation overide of labor laws amongst countless other things.

[Katy @1StuntTwunt]

What #resolution looks like to @airbnb. Haha. What a #joke, and it's not even #aprilfools. Full of fanfare, disingenuine concern, and empty promises.

[Airbnb Help @AirbnbHelp]

@1StuntTwunt Hi Katy, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We would like to take a closer look at this. Could you please DM us the email address associated with your Airbnb account? Thank you. https://t.co/WCQEFGIlXC

@Susan17Airbnb @EdiblesChef @Airbnb @traverselegal @gibbslawgroup You rock, @Susan17Airbnb. Thank you for your #advocacy against #corporationsthatlosetheirsoul and use their size to bully real humans trying to get by.
