I ordered a **DJI Osmo Action 5 Pro Adventure Combo** on 15 Aug (Order #407-8744932-5189954) with Open Box Delivery.

Now, after multiple failed/FAKE delivery attempts, your customer care is telling me to **REORDER THE PRODUCT**.

I was told the product is apparently **“in transit” and cannot be delivered**, and the solution offered was to **REORDER THE PRODUCT**.

Your support team **rescheduled the delivery for 19 Aug 2026**.

I waited for the order, but by **8 PM on 19 Aug, it still hadn't arrived.**

📅 **17 Aug:** First delivery attempt was made. I wasn't available at the time, so I accept that one.
📅 **18 Aug:** Amazon showed another “delivery attempt” in the app.
