@SouthwestAir Kind of disappointed... After sitting on hold for 4.5 hours total with customer service (for what ended up being a 3-minute conversation), our AMAZING deal ($370 round trip for both of us) turned into a very MEH deal ($560)

@SouthwestAir We immediately went to book our trip, and our tickets were long gone... Our $370 trip became $560 after we did some tweaking to attempt to still get a good deal... know you are getting hammered with calls, and we still love you... but it's hard to not feel disappointed 😞

@SouthwestAir As a result, we ended up canceling the reservation until we could get it figured out. After another 2 hour hold this morning, we finally got through! It was a 3-minute phone call in which the agent told us to book the airfare with the wrong name, and they can fix it later.
