@RUcoded @b0gur Because people at high ranks don’t play him and very rarely see the value he gets as a hero. Good fantastic onetricks get SIGNIFICANTLY higher ranked than the onetricks on many of the characters in the tiers above him. People don’t notice the value he gets on cleave very easily.
