@calgaryherald This article is a load of rubbish. I am not sure who ordered this to be published but maximizing existing pipelines capacity is not something big! New pipelines to east and west would be big but as everyone knows no private investors are interested due to anti oil gov policies
@CanadianPolling PP is an epic failure! I feel sorry for those that do not see it. However, he’s not the only culprit here. Those that voted for him to remain as leader are the real cause for this disastrous outcome.
@sarobertson_ What deals?! You chased out of Canada all major international investors in oil and gas industry. Your rolls, regulations, bylaws, environmental and all 1000 demands mandatory in the approval process got them sprinting out.
@barrett_nash@MarkJCarney COULD but never will! China is fooling everyone, all western leaders for more than 30 years now. Too bad that we’re so slow to process what we see and feel
@globalnews If his suit is not natural colour, he should take it off, to prove he is fighting for environmental protection. Somebody should take his spectacles and shoes off. Fanatic!
@CTVNews Key word: “could”! When I’ll see it I’ll believe it. A freeloader like this guy would not give it up so easily. Nevertheless, he should not be anywhere near a public office ever.
@terrynewman@toddthiessen1 In Canada this state of affairs is deliberate! Carney doesn’t want them to be built therefore, to avoid accountability he hides behind the “red tape” the gov imposed. Maybe US doesn’t want us to have pipelines in order to continue to benefit out of Canadian oil.
@jenstilmanydots Why should them? How can they compete globally when nobody else is doing it? Our contribution to global pollution is 1%!! We can bring it to -1%😀 and we would not make a dent in savings the environment. We keep shooting ourselves in the foot
@CTVNews Word, promises, photo ops! Since he became PM nothing tangible done. Ppl should not forget; he was Trudeau’s economic adviser! Let’s look back to predict the future!
@politicalham@BrianJeanAB Now, this is the proof you failed economics yet you’re proud of it! It is regrettable that you can broadcast inept ideas. Economics 1 on 1, for beginners: worst business plan ➡️ relying on one customer!! No pipelines➡️US dependence. Pipelines in ➡️ diversification!
@ABDanielleSmith Daniel fuelled this divisive topic to stay relevant, & now she’s for remaining part of Canada. As I said, she has no vision, & after spending few years back on her old job, she realized what is important for her; Staying in politics and possibly at federal level! ♻️ politician
@CTVNews Eliminating the middle man is the answer. Consumers and farmers will benefit the most. Unfortunately, there is a bit of work, and many don’t want to put it in, to establish a viable link between these two interested parties.
@financialpost Bad energy policies. Government without bison or pragmatic approach. bureaucrats without any real life experience, clawing each penny from their citizens. Off course, they will give out 1000 reasons/justifications
@BNNBloomberg Just words! Investors are still avoiding Canada due to a hostile economic environment in oil&gas industry. Carney is playing with words, nothing more. At $100 a barrel Canadian oil and gas stocks are crawling not even walking
@CTVNews AB will remain a Canada’s province but if PP will remain the leader of the party, conservatives will never win another federal election! He’s an epic failure, a recycled ♻️ politician!
@ericnuttall Carney is not changing his stance on Canadian Oil! He’s wrapping his rejection behind empty promises, MOU, environment etc. nothing he proposed is economically viable and this is intentional
