1:) assign a cyclist to deliver this , especially if they are 30 minutes away
2:) pick the ice cream first
3:) especially when you know the pizza is delayed and…
4:) if it is father away.

@jzipdamonsta How do u know it is runners knee? I would suggest taking an mri to see what's up. I have had number of forms of knee issues, acl, stemming from disc issue etc. Each has its own solve. See if pain worsens by doing one particular activity. Example, acl worsens when u climb
