Hey @LOTPLAirlines , the UAE airspace and Dubai airports are officially CLOSED due to missile strikes. I requested a Force Majeure cancellation for my family (incl. a 2yo child). Instead of a full refund, your system processed it as "voluntary" & kept a $420 penalty! 🧵👇
